Below is a list of frequently asked questions. Next to these are the short answer and if you click on the link, you can get a more detailed explanation.

Q: I'm new to the site. How do I register?
A: Click on the Register button at the top right (next to Login) and follow prompts.

Q: Is there a registration tutorial?
A: Yes, there is a short version and a more detailed version on the same page. Click on link above to go to it. 

Q: How do I set my privacy settings?
A: When signed into your account, click on your name at the top right, select "Account settings". You are automatically taken to the General tab. From there, choose the Privacy tab and make your selections.

Q: Is this website safe? What are the safety features?
A: All data on the site uses SSL encryption. This means all of your personal data is encrypted on the HOA-Express servers. The site offers ways for residents to set their own privacy preferences. Also, all data is backed up from the HOA-Express servers so there is no worry about data loss.

Q: It's great there is now an online payment option. How does it work and is there a fee?
A: The short answer is, yes, there is now an online payment option where you can pay your dues and assessments right from the website using a debit card, credit card, or bank account. You simply look for the alert bell icon with the # 3 red "badge" on it next to your name at the top right and click on that for available payment options (pay the entire annual amount, pay a semi-annual amount, or pay a quarterly amount). There is a fee passed on to the member for this service.

Q: I forgot my password. What do I do?
A: You can easily and securely reset your password. Click the Login button at the top right of website. Then click "Forgot Password". Follow the prompts and you will receive an email with a link to reset your password. That's it!

Q: What if I move? Can I delete my profile?
A: Yes. If you should move, your account will remain open for another 30 days so that you may access any information you may have entered (recipes, uploaded photos, etc.). After that, unless you notify us, we will remove access to the UHOA website. However, you may also delete your profile entirely. Please note: deleting your profile is irreversible.

Q: I see some people have profile pictures. How do I add my profile picture to my account?
A: Login to your account, go to Account Settings, click on the Profile Tab and on the Profile Photo Section, click "Choose File" and upload your picture.

Q: I see errors on the website or links that do not work. What do I do and who do I contact? (Click on this link to take you to the Committees Page and the Website Administrator contact information will be listed there.)
A: You may contact the Website Administrator or you may also volunteer to be on the website committee to assist us with corrections, revisions, and updates.
